… An Appraisal On The Two Bloodline In Every Generation

Dearly Beloved,

Some years ago, I began to appreciate that it takes adequate communion with the epistles to learn from and to clearly interpret the trials of some Old Testament faithful, one of whom is Job, and until we do, we would lack the staying power needed to weather the storms of life and trade our strength for that of the Lord (Grace).

  • Isa. 40:30-31 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
  • Youths are those with unprocessed and uncultured strength which comes to naught in the face of the pressures of life
  • Young men are youths who didn’t despise their human strength and so adversely grew with it, guaranteeing their fall in the course of this world.
  • They that wait are youths whom God succeeded in interrupting their plan A, B, C & D, until they succumbed to God’s revealed plan, thereby gaining the energy of God’s Grace for a Supernatural Life.

Job lived in days when men knew how to set their priorities aright, and therefore celebrated faith as a lifestyle by living (in God’s sight) for over a century before giving birth to children(). Job belonged to a company of meek men that the earth was blessed to have. Such men were the uncelebrated kings() of the earth whom God deemed fit to wean from kingship into priesthood through custom-made-trials. Job ended up carrying his cross and changing his lineage in the flesh (bloodline); from one that once kept death (fear) to one that could keep life (a higher conversation of faith that was superior to that which he previously had)

We live in a time when the faith content of the blood of Jesus is speaking of better things (substances) and of better promises, but Job lived at a time when the faith content of Abel’s blood was speaking() and crying out to heaven that the faith of the living soul (Adam’s faith before the fall) must be restored on earth. Abel’s blood became a testament that came into effect after his death().

While Abel used his life and death (his blood) to witness to his love for things that his natural eyes and physical hands couldn’t hold, Cain used his life and death (his blood) to witness to his lust to make a name for himself; for earthly pursuit and vain glorying(Gen. 4:17/Phil. 2:3a). So beyond the deductions of medicine, our blood carries a testimonial; with it, we either fetch and keep life or fetch and keep sin. With the blood running through our souls, we either love God’s commandments or hate it. The summary of our lives would either witness to our love for truth or lust for vanity.

During the days of Cain and Abel, the presence of God(Gen. 4:16) was preeminent upon the earth like sin is today, and by the training of that knowledge, they were raised to become priests who could offer unto God sacrifices in righteousness. Their sacrifices reflected who God was to them, like ours still does today. God revealed the two bloodline of all generations through Cain and Abel; those who would celebrate the light of faith that God reveals in each generation and those who would despise it. So every generation has two breeds; “The wheat and The Tares”, “The Faithful and The Unfaithful”, “The Just and The Unjust”. God is simply using the present creation to reveal both.

It is God’s responsibility to bring the light of Faith to a generation, and it is the choice of each believer to receive it(Job 22:22) or reject it. Various lights have visited the earth for centuries, but our generation happens to be greatly privileged to have THE LIGHT OF CHRIST’S FAITH and the simple proof that believers still despise this is the fact that we are not living like Jesus lived in the first 3 decades of his earthly sojourn – living with power and authority(). Things are meant to seek us, but rather, we seek things – like unbelievers do. We lack the sealing of God’s kind of Faith and so the Heavens and the earth can’t relate with us like they did/do with those with kingly and priestly authority.

  • Ps. 25:8-9 Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way (truth). The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way
  • Reference to sinners here are believers whose with ways/judgments are contrary to that of His Life – His faith; those who are at the mercy of being taught like the father taught Jesus over decades

We need to trust the Lord to bring us to a place where we would SEE EVERYTHING THROUGH THE EYES (JUDGEMENT) OF HIS FAITH SO WE CAN TRULY TRUST IN HIM AND REST AMIDST THE LINGERING TRIALS AND TROUBLES OF OUR DAY. The only hindrance to doing this is the loss of what the world calls “our life” (arrangements that isn’t an initiative of Grace). So what the learning of the faith of the Son does is to enlighten us on what a wise man called “the let-life”(Matt. 6:33). It also starves us of our fears, rearrange us within and then without and cause us to enjoy the liberty of truth.

Blessings!
